Refund Policy

Our services involve custom professional work created specifically for each client. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them.
1. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel before the kick-off call and before any design work has started, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact hello@topsevendesign.com within 48 hours of your order. Refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
2. Cancellation After Work Begins
Once the kick-off call has occurred and work has started, full refunds are not available. We will calculate a pro-rata refund for the portion of work not yet completed and deliver all work completed to that point.
3. Dissatisfaction
If delivered work does not meet the agreed scope, contact us within 14 days. We will review your concerns and where appropriate, revise the work at no charge. Partial refunds may be offered where revision is not feasible.
4. Non-Refundable
- Change of mind after project completion
- Dissatisfaction due to preference shifts not related to agreed scope
- Failure to provide required materials or feedback within agreed timeframes
